Review Promotion Video submissions bugs/errors

After first round of submissions are done, a review on what went wrong and what could be improved is required. This includes:

• what bugs need to be fixed
• what parts could be improved
• review error message showing to users
• how can we increase user acceptance to decrease ambiguity in requirements?
• set up next steps for implementing these changes
