Overall design improvements

• expose submission id to the URL
• Probably a well designed square for all details (author, uuid, creation date, number of files, etc)
• have a status icon per file (currently, english video has no icon)
• change the "Additional languages" to "Videos", and include the "English" one, with the status icon
• an option would be to have a table with all files, their status, upload date, and link to download
• Open tracker for all teams with uuid, teamName, status, createdAt, #files (project title might be costy to fetch)
