Fix links to dashed-lowercase

Hey Vinoo,

We adopted a new URL naming convention, so we remove inconsistencies like /After_iGEM, /afterigem, /after_igem, and many others that we used to find on mediawiki. Teams wikis will also follow the same convention, by the way.

  • The /github one already works, so no need of redirection;
  • /2022_interlab changed to /2022 since it's already under /interlabs;
  • I also fixed one broken link (distribution handbook on interlab 2022).
