Updates to sponsorship page

• Add “schedule a call” button for annual partnership and sponsorship section - (gold section)
• Remove “Partner with us!” heading
• Separate the page into Annual sponsorship & Jamboree opportunities
• update jamboree items
• remove luncheon
• pavilion - becomes “customized space”
• Past year partners → Past year sponsors
• Add 2022 and 2023 pages from archive
• Change logos at bottom to “2024”
