Feat/jamboree: pwa schedule

Contains:

• setup the styles for jamboree app (colors, icons, layout)
• reusable sessions cards on ui components (igem sessions and team presentation)
• session page
• session filters
• redux state related to sessions

For the code review use the version 8 (because version 9 is the merge with main and contains like 400+ changes which is only noise)
