This repository houses the Arduino firmware used for UBC iGEM's 2024 hardware projects, specifically bioreactors mark 2-3 and the microfluidic pump system. An interactive TUI to use the microfluidic pump system is also provided. This repository houses the Arduino software used for UBC iGEM's 2024 hardware projects. Firmware is provided for Bioreactors Mk. 2-3 and the Microfluidic Pump System; additionally, an interactive TUI to interact with the latter is provided.
