<p>specific task: As the team leader and the head of the wet experiment, I designed the wet experimental biological system of the project and initiated the background research of the project. The management regulations and division of labor of the laboratory were formulated, the experimental design and experimental plan of the wet experiment were formulated, and the relevant materials of the team were filled in. As a member of the wet experiment team, I was responsible for the experiment and result analysis of the treatment system, and gave suggestions for the colonization system experiment. As a member of HP team, I hosted enterprise exchange, inter-team communication, middle school volunteer teaching and laboratory Open Day activities.

<p>Specific tasks: As the main director of human practice part, disigned and partcipated the plan of our human practice including interview, education, entrepreneurship, public engagement and partnership. Also, as the main person to contact other iGEM teams and most professors to search for help and advice about our wet lab, dry lab, education and entrepreneurship. As a team member, participating in some dry experiment, conducts experiments and experimental records, analyzes relevant experimental data; as a team member, completed some illustrations and text writing in the wiki and pamphlet.

<p>Specific tasks: As team leader, responsible for visa materials collection, hotel reservation, campus procedures and payment collection; as the initial team member of MusCure project in brainstorming stage, participated in the project design and improvement; as the dry lab leader, did the overall design of modeling and finished the signal transduction model, and filled in the wiki content. Participated in inter-team communication with undergraduate igem teams in Beijing, Shanghai, central China and teams of the intestinal flora project.</p>

<p>Specific tasks: As a dry lab member, I propose several delivery methods and build the final hardware design. To improve on our hardware design, I also connect with professionals to review our material selection, hardware architecture and product design. As a team member, I conducted all patient interviews, improving our project based on their feedback. I am the director, screenwriter, videographer, animator and editor of our promotion video. I also contributed in wiki in terms of art and visualization.</p>

As a member of HP team, I attended the CCIC and participated in the presentation of our project.</p>

<p>Specific tasks: Conducted background research on Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Human Practices. Managed social media, creating engaging content for the public. Developed educational videos, including laboratory protocol videos. Oversaw wet lab experiments and contributed to part of dry lab research. Conducted patient interviews, assisted with wiki writing, and translated videos and pamphlets into four languages. Additionally, I served as the screenwriter, editor, and videographer for the presentation video.</p>
<p>Specific Tasks: As a team member, brainstorms on the project, consults background information and does the primary design. As a member in HP group, conducts human practices related to basic medicine and clinical medicine for the therapeutic project. As a member responsible for wet experiments, conducts experiments and experimental records, analyzes relevant experimental data, and ensures the biosafety of the project. As a team member, completes some illustrations and text writing in the wiki.</p>
