EventManagement > Recording becomes generic and standalone Video
Video service now has only the insert and bulkInsert, and the peertube calls can be reused
TeamArtifact service hosts all the igemioLibrary mess
Sessions kept the recording property, but type Video

Breaking change:

TeamArtifact now has video property, not recording (since TeamPresentation, ProjectPromotion are simply videos, not really recordings).
