We have stored all the software related to the Model part in our GitLab repository. For more detailed descriptions of these tools, please refer to the Model part.
In addition to these, we have developed a series of auxiliary tools. For instance, we created a tool that compares DNA or amino acid sequences and highlights the differences in red. This tool has been instrumental in helping the experiment group process and analyze their data, as well as assisting with writing the wiki and adding illustrations. We also have visualization tools that make the modeling results more intuitive (some of the software in the Model part also includes built-in visualization features to enhance usability and understanding). Moreover, we designed tools that analyze the models and help generate feature importance for the model outputs.etc.\n
