<p>TThis module consisted of assembling the construct and took up most of the lab work, as the team had to overcome multiple obstacles. Numerous changes were made to the methods, the construct, and the pathway throughout the 15 Gibson Assembly attempts. The transformation of the final construct into *Vibrio natriegens* was attempted; however, it has not yielded conclusive results at this time. Plans have been made to continue research in the hope of achieving a successful transformation.</p>
