chore: Update pull_to_gitlab.yaml to fetch changes from GitLab

This commit updates the pull_to_gitlab.yaml file to fetch changes from the GitLab repository. The previous line that fetches changes from the main branch has been commented out, and a new line has been added to fetch changes from the sync_github branch. This change allows for syncing changes between the GitHub and GitLab repositories.
