Our approach integrates <b>PrimeGuide</b>, a highly optimized Prime Editing system, with <b>AirBuddy</b>, a novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery platform. The <b>SORT LNPs</b> used in AirBuddy are optimized for pulmonary delivery, offering precise organ targeting and structural stability throughout the inhalation process.
