Final update to Human Practices page.

 We had a great run with iGEM this year. Although our results were not as well as many of us had hoped, we were fortunate to have worked with such a diverse and talented group of individuals. We are proud of what we accomplished and excited to carry forward the lessons and inspiration gained from iGEM into our future studies.
