Added a citation feature that enables bibtex-like citations. Via the citer.cite(citekey) function, citations can be attached throughout each document. A reference page is created at the bottom of each page.

We need to verify whether the citation style is sufficient. Perhaps adjust the citekeys need to be adjusted to better understood names.
