change colour again and project description again

Changed the colours again, primary, secondary and accent colours are now the same for light and dark modes making it more aesthetic. Also uploaded the project description that was sent to Rowan from Elisha Tuesday night. Deleted pre-loaded pages as they don't meet URL requirements for iGEM - will have to make these pages one at a time going forward.
