1. All of our experiments have been done under the supervision of our instructor.<br/>
2. Our experiments are done in a super clean laboratory to avoid contamination.
In our project, we only used Escherichia coli DH5a and BL21(DE3) which are safe for human bodies. And all related experiments were conducted on the super clean bench to avoid contamination with the supervision of our instructor at the same time. Furthermore, all of the strains we make will operate in a laboratory environment and follow the rules of laboratory waste disposal. The discarded engineering strains will be sterilized at 121℃ and 20 minutes before being thrown away as medical waste. Therefore, our engineered bacteria will not spread in the natural environment.
