update jamboree deliverables information

  • Add info about automatic jamboree assignments
  • Update team booth information to add in-person requirements (purchase ticket, pay team fee)
  • Hide Plaza presentation information (now outdated) and add 'info coming soon' message
  • remove AI survey deadline box
