Hotfix FormWrapper crash

Cody Adam requested to merge hotfix/forms-are-broken into main

This was due to children passed to an input HTML tag (<input type="radio" {...rest} />) which is forbidden, but since it was written inside MDX we couldn't get a warning from the typecheck.

It was working before, it might be because we upgraded the React version
