fix Accounts NavTabGroup 404 page and selected Tab

Users experience a "Page Not Found" error when navigating from the My Notifications tab to the My iGEM Experience tab on the Profile Account page.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the Profile Account page.

Click on the My Notifications tab.

Attempt to navigate to the My iGEM Experience tab.
