Feature: New Component Request: News Box Variant with Additional Fields

The team needs a variant of the existing news box component (https://storybook.igem.org/?path=/story/cards-newsbox--with-more-info) that includes additional fields for "alumni icon + alumni name" and "alumni country flag + alumni country name". These fields should be displayed on the same line, potentially replacing the current date field.

The goal is to use this new variant on the iGEM Community page, particularly under the iGEM Alumni Stories section (https://community.igem.org/20th-year-of-igem#h-i-gem-alumni-stories). The alumni name and location should be prominently placed above the title of the blog post.

As a temporary solution, the subtitle of the ContentBox has been recommended, but the permanent solution requires the creation of this new component.
