[DEV-1043] - Safety form reminder notifications

Discussion: This MR update Novu's subscribers with their email addresses as well. This is necessary because we bulk trigger notifications to team topics which means that we can't specify an email override per use but per notification event (i.e. per team topic).

Triggering notifications to a topic is broken down to individual user notifications by Novu but the email step fails for users whose subscriber.email is undefined.

If we want to avoid storing the users emails on Novu we would have to trigger individual notifications and specify an email override per account but this would result in more API calls since .bulkTrigger only works for batches of 100 notifications/call.
