[DEV- 798] - Moderation emails

  • Moderation emailer to be fully tested with DEV-734 once the templates are up on Mailchimp
  • Set up HQ alerts for Animal Use form (also pending MailChimp template)
  • Removed unused bulkUpdateStatus method
