feat: Enhance the highlighting of search teams in Sankey

Previously, searching for a team in the Sankey diagram applied a solid highlight,
which looked too heavy compared to the natural hover state. Now:

  • Highlighted teams use a color depth similar to hover
  • Non-selected teams remain visible but desaturated
