tidying project desc a little

I just reordered the references to alphabetical order, fixed any typos/grammatical things in the Project Description, and edited the "Extra Space" below the summary to say "Project Deliverable Complete."

Dw, we can continue to further develop and flesh out our project description after this deadline, but yeah. Other people can make changes as they wish as well.

I'm marking the Project Description Deliverable as complete on the iGEM Deliverables Dashboard just so the deadline is officially met.
