Draft: Fix Main

This is a draft PR.

The goal of this PR is to fulfill the wishes of a faculty member to be removed from the wiki. This PR will also fix the pipeline, so that these changes may be reflected in the wiki.

I request @igem-system, or someone from the iGEM team to review this PR once it is complete, as fixing the pipeline will prove difficult without CI/CD.
