Eutrophication
The water sources around the world are facing a deadly threat. About 50% of lakes and reservoirs are under the harm of eutrophication, causing the decline of biodiversity and environmental quality.
Enzyme System
Our target proteins assist and enhances the performance of bacteria in organic phosphate hydrolysis, inorganic phosphate transportation, and polyphosphate fixation in cells.
Whole Cell Biosensor
We utilize microbial sensor with engineered on-off switch on the transcription factor of the plasmid to test the hydrolyzing effect, creating a specific and sensitive method to prove the function of our target protein!
